• Recognized postgraduate qualification such as US Board Certification, FRCS (UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia), Diploma etudes Specializes (DES – France), CIS French Board, Facharzt, or equivalent Fellowship will be preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years of post-board/fellowship experience in the relevant specialty from an accredited tertiary care or teaching hospital
