Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is essential, as the position demands regular data import and export activities. Additionally, candidates should be familiar with content management systems and have foundational knowledge of search engine optimization to optimize product visibility. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our extensive product catalog without direct team management responsibilities. This role expects a high level of punctuality, discipline, and the ability to adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Effective communication skills in written English are necessary to ensure clear and consistent product information. Candidates must work independently, utilizing their own laptop and stable internet connection, and demonstrate a commitment to revising work based on constructive feedback to meet organizational standards.

Salary

PKR 35,000 45,000 per month

(Final salary based on experience and Shopify skill level)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Product Listing Executive with strong experience in single and bulk product uploads using Shopify Admin and CSV files. The ideal candidate must be accurate, organized, and capable of building clean, well-structured product pages while maintaining proper reporting and coordination with the SEO team.

Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Management

• Upload products on Shopify (single & bulk via CSV mandatory)
• Manage product titles, variants, SKUs, pricing, tags, and conditions
• Create and organize collections properly
• Fix and improve existing product listings

Product Images & Data Gathering

• Collect accurate and high-quality product images
• Source products and data from other online stores and suppliers
• Ensure images match correct variants and descriptions
• Maintain consistency and clarity across listings

Product Page Structuring

• Create well-structured product pages
• Write clean, user-friendly descriptions
• Ensure proper formatting and readability

AI Utilization

• Use AI tools to assist with content writing and formatting
• Edit and refine AI-generated content (no raw copy-paste)

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain a proper Excel / Google Sheet for:
• Products uploaded
• Changes made
• Pending tasks
• Submit regular reports to the manager

SEO Coordination

• Work closely with the SEO team
• Make corrections or improvements as required
• Follow SEO guidelines provided by the SEO team

Skills

Required Skills & Experience Mandatory

• Proven experience with Shopify product listing
• Strong knowledge of CSV bulk uploads
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience in sourcing product data & images
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred (Plus Points)

• Basic on-page SEO knowledge
• Experience with marketplaces or large catalogs
• General familiarity with vaping, pets and other category products
