We are hiring a Sales Representative to help grow our international wine and spirits business across the UAE, Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Philippines), and South Korea.
This is an entry-to-mid level sales role, ideal for someone early in their sales career who is ambitious, commercial, and eager to learn. You will work closely with senior management and receive hands-on training, structured support, and clear direction. This is not a lone-wolf role — you will be coached and set up to succeed.
Your role will focus on identifying and engaging B2B customers (importers, distributors, hospitality buyers), following up on warm leads, supporting sales conversations, and helping convert opportunities into orders.
This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential tied directly to your results. Over time, this role can develop into a Sales Manager or Country Manager position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and contacting B2B customers (importers, distributors, hospitality buyers) across target markets
- Following up on leads and introductions provided by management
- Supporting sales calls, meetings, tastings, and negotiations
- Building and maintaining relationships with regional partners
- Assisting with account management and repeat orders
- Keeping CRM and sales activity records up to date

Skills
Required:
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Confidence speaking to new people by phone, video, and email
- Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable working towards targets and commission-based incentives
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-only compensation
Advantageous (not required):
- Additional languages (Korean, Thai, Mandarin, Arabic, Tagalog)
- Interest in wine, spirits, hospitality, or luxury products
- Basic CRM or sales admin experience
- Existing network in hospitality or F&B industry
