- Oversee daily operations across all programs, administrative offices, and field teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and reporting systems to enhance operational clarity and efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities smoothly between program teams, finance, human resources, and administrative departments to foster effective communication and cooperation.
- Manage a team of 40 personnel, including senior managers and department heads, providing direction, support, and mentorship to meet performance expectations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance management frameworks for staff and programs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and impact throughout the organization by enforcing high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Ensure full compliance with donor requirements, audit preparations, and regulatory obligations to maintain organizational credibility and accountability.
- Support and oversee board reporting, governance documentation, and ensure adherence to internal governance processes to facilitate informed decision-making at the highest level.
- Maintain positive, proactive relationships with donors, institutional partners, and stakeholders to secure ongoing support and collaboration opportunities.
- Translate board and senior leadership strategies into actionable operational plans that support organizational scaling, innovation, and sustainability.
- Champion operational improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and measurable impact, ensuring responsible growth of programs and initiatives.
- Lead efforts in expanding organizational reach through partnerships, program development, and new initiatives aligned with Bunyad Foundations mission.
- Serve as a steady and ethical leader who balances mission-driven focus with practical execution across all organizational functions.
Skills
– Commerce graduate with a minimum of 10 years of relevant supervisory experience.
