Salary: Up to PKR 150,000
Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant experience
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, people-focused Assistant Manager – HR to join our Tariq Road office in Karachi full-time. In this role, you will take charge of recruitment and hiring, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent, while also managing core HR operations such as employee onboarding, documentation, record keeping, and compliance. Acting as a key point of contact across departments, you’ll support daily HR functions, foster smooth communication, and contribute to a positive, engaging workplace culture that empowers employees and drives organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- HR Operations: Oversee employee onboarding, maintain HR records, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to create a positive work culture, enhance employee experience, and boost team morale.
- Performance & Compliance: Assist in performance management processes, track HR metrics, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring smooth information flow and resolution of HR-related queries.
- Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and implement best practices.
