Product & Platform Development

  • The Consultant will build scalable and intuitive products aimed at maximizing the choice of relevant job applicants. This includes speeding up selection, assessment, and evaluation processes, improving reporting accuracy, and ensuring decision-making is supported by visible analytics, robust utilization reports, and instant metrics.
  • The Consultant will work collaboratively with direct management to execute OKRs and key results. Responsibilities include conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strategic gaps, and developing differentiated solutions.
  • The Consultant will analyze, design, and develop business requirements such as system specifications, business actors, personas, process flows, macro and micro interactions, and supporting metrics. They will work closely with software engineers, product managers, analysts, UI/UX specialists, support units, focus groups, users, and customers.
  • The Consultant will also manage internal and external product education through pre- and post-mortem discussions.

Acquisition & Growth

  • The Consultant will design and execute user acquisition strategies using channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, paid media, internal CV databases, and other growth hacking techniques.

Onboarding

  • The Consultant will design and produce onboarding walkthroughs for products to maximize customer experience and simplify new customer activation.

Conversion Optimization

  • The Consultant will monitor and analyze conversion funnels and iterate systematically to improve conversion rates. This includes identifying A/B testing opportunities, researching user conversion shortcomings, and designing and executing well-founded hypotheses to resolve inefficiencies.

Re-activation & Engagement

  • The Consultant will re-engage and reactivate existing customers across all possible channels. They will design and implement effective re-engagement content through onsite and in-app messaging, browser push, email, and mobile push notifications.
  • The Consultant will actively manage Marketing Automation tools and monitor take actions to maintain a healthy mail reputation across the company’s mail servers.

UI / UX & Customer Experience

  • The Consultant will analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify best practices, problems, and inefficiencies, and work on solutions to improve UI and overall user experience.
  • They will partner with customer success teams to interpret customer feedback and translate insights into customer-centric solutions.

Packaging & Dynamic Pricing

  • The Consultant will design and develop product packages and pricing strategies that best map customer choice to value. This includes analyzing bundles, usage structures, and access parameters in relation to customer personas, needs, and value perception across dimensions of choice, speed, and cost.
  • The Consultant will oversee data projects required to design algorithms that enable dynamic package configurations or pricing models for customers.

Skills

  • A minimum of two years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools to streamline product development.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product vision and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical understanding of software development processes to liaise effectively with engineering teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset to ensure products meet user needs and enhance satisfaction.
