About the Role:
Dewan Motors – BMW is hiring a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive business growth, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
* Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint
* Identify, engage, and follow up with potential clients
* Execute cold calls, emails, and client meetings
* Conduct need assessments and close deals through effective negotiation
* Build lasting client relationships and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Log daily activities in the DCR system
* Promote and sell BMW Lifestyle Accessories
* Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
* Complete all sales documentation accurately and on time
* Work closely with the team to maximize sales results
* Uphold BMW brand standards in appearance and conduct
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field* Minimum
* 3-4 years of experience in automotive or luxury retail sales
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Highly motivated, confident, and customer-focused personality
